Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund. Refund from Travolook – Rs.16,921/-: Mrs. Yasmin Begum of Imphal had booked her tickets with Travolook for journey between Imphal to Guwahati. However, she received a communication from the agents that the bookings were cancelled due to fare expiration. Following this, customer waited for refund which was not made by the agent. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
