Refund from Hitplay: Piyushi Gupta (piyushigupta9[at]gmail.com) of Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana had ordered a citrus spritzer-home on 15/05/2013. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. But even after a month nothing happened. She posted here complaint with ICF on 25-06-2013 and subsequently got her money back. Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana - 23.08.2013

Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. However, customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-04-2021. The matter was taken up with Travolook and customer finally got his refund by 20-04-2021. Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik. By contacting mobikwik, the customer came to know that transaction was not successful and that he should get his points back soon. But even waiting for two months points were not refunded.
