Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund from Valuecart – Rs.2696: Mrs. Satabdi Deb Prasad, Siliguri placed an order for Xiaomi by enrolling with Zestmoney on 27-01-2017. The product was despatched on 30-01-2017 however the customer had cancelled the order immediately on 31-01-2017.
