Cash not dispensed from SBI ATM, amount debited from account

I am a customer of Union bank of India Hazira Surat branch. My account number is 5xxxxxxx6. on date 23-05-2021 i tried for cash withdrawal of amount 6000/- in SBI ATM machine(Near Mahalaxmi Mandir Adajan Surat) but under process of atm machine power had been cut off & cash not dispensed & amount was deducted in my account. I complaint on date 25-05-2021 but currently amount not refunded. I tried many times on bank customer care they told me complaint under process. I went on home branch of Union Bank Hazira Surat they told me go on SBI Bank which ATM Machine you used. I called SBI they told you go on home branch. They don’t want proper reply related this issue.

So please take complain & resolve as soon as possible.
