This is to inform that I have a flight from DUbai to Bangalore on 27th April and since 24th April, I’m trying to reschedule the flight because of the COVID situation.

Tried calling the help line, they suggested me to write a mail with the desired date, I wrote a mail on 23rd April, but received response saying to visit website with step by step instruction to reschedule my flight. Tried doing the same with different dates but none of the flights appear on the list. It says my flight has departed with this PNR number etc…I checked with respective airlines, they confirmed flights are in operation. That means EMT takes email from you with all the details and they close the option to reschedule the flight, so people like us get cheated easily. 27th April flight already left on 24th APril with the PNR which was booked on 27th????????? Either you guys reschedule the flight or give me the refund because of your bloody fault of not giving option to reschedule the flight s…thoiugh I was ready to pay the fare difference.
