Did shopping worth Rs 2864 on 12/08/2017 from Big Bazar, Matunga, Mumbai during Maha Bachat Sale. A cashback of Rs 500 was promised in ‘futurepay’ e wallet which is not processed. On writing email to customer support of ‘futurepay’ they are asking for Bill. I don’t have original bill copy, so I went to Big Bazar Matunga to get a duplicate bill. They could not give me the bill. I wrote back to futurepay customer support showing my credit card statement which clearly shows the transaction. But they refused to give me cashback in absence of Bill.
