I was working with a company in Howrah, WB-711302, and have recently resigned in Feb. 2017. I had not received any documentary proof or email during my service saying that I should be serving notice period on resignation. Now after I have resigned in the month of Feb. 2017, they have deducted the notice period amount of 30 days and are saying that no amount will be paid to me. Besides, they are also not paying me the bonus amount. They are not also responding to my emails. I request you to please help me get my hard earned money since company is unfairly holding back my money.
