I order a phone with exchange but their was dent so dilevery person ask to pay more 2350 for phone which I agreed to pay but he upload a picture and it was showing cancel he ask me to talk to flipkart .I talk to flipkart one of concerned team person said don’t have to worry it will be dilever to you tomorrow (8th march) and I”LL callback on 8 th March one agent of flipkart told it will be dilever to you today or tomorrow and on 9 th March I callback again and flipkart agent told me we have send you a mail that order was cancel and can’t be dilever with exchange you have to place a new order with full amount of phone without exchange and the money I put in it in form of gift card can only be used in it and how will I buy with full price if I have the money i at the first place will not apply for exchange and they fooled people with false promises

I order a phone with exchage with my old one my old phone had crack frame (ie. between the screen and back panel) and the phone was like brand new ( even the screen had zero scratches and display was working properly like new ) when the delivery boy was examined the deviced he was not able to find the frame crack option on check list so he called his senior and he said to put it in broken screen and he tried to give me lowest price possible
and we said this is not fair and he said or else you have to pay full price. even flipkart has mentioned a spesific price for damaged body, even that he was not give to use. and said he will reject the delivery.
