Complaint against Go Ibibo for not refunding money

I had booked a flight for my family via goibibo on 6th Jun, 2020 for travel from HYD to CJB. I had paid INR 2700 twice for seat booking amounting to INR 5400 which was deducted from my account but the service wasn’t availed.

I kept following up since end of June via different ways(mail/twitter) but no fruitful response.
Please help me out here

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
