Complaint regarding Celkon service

I purchased Celkon Diamon POP on July 2017 with IMEI No. 911541650589287, getting display problem & Camera Lens problem. I gave it for repair at Future Technologies (CC), on 29-11-2017, & received it on 20-12-2017, Worst Service by Celkon. My touch problem was resolved but I am getting Network issue at my home, where as earlier it wasn’t. Celkon service men impaired my New Mobile. I want to replace my mobile with a NEW ONE. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
