Complaint regarding claim not reimbursed by Raksha TPA

I am having a insurance policy of sbi general insurance and their tpa is Raksha TPA pvt ltd. My wife had a delivery on 19th of October 2021. According to terms I provided all relevant documents to raksha tpa by post . It’s been one and a half month till now I didn’t received my approved amount which is Rs 27084-/. I continuously mailed them and also called several times but did not get any solution.

Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.10,000/-: Mr. Sesha Sai Kuchibhotla, Hyderabad 500008, Telangana booked 2 student tickets on make my trip. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days.
