This complaint is against Airtel India. I’ve recently ported my number to airtel and they too 349 Rs saying 100 for door to door service for doc collection and sim delivery. 249 for the first recharge which was supposed to be done once sim activates (20th Nov’21). I tried calling the same executive around 70 -80 times and multiple message but in vain.
At first he said it’ll be done in next 1 hour and then stopped answering my calls and messages. When tried calling from a different number he picks it and says sorry it’ll be done in next 1-2 hours. The month is over now and the cycle goes on.
I’ve multiple messages for this but sharing the payment screenshot for now

Hi , Airtel I have changed my number from vi to Airtel via MNP at the time the executive officer says and advertising about after the MNP you have to get unlimited data package for 1 month but it’s not yet stilll there I think I changed my number to Vodafone tomorrow and my this is not fair to me
