Complaint regarding defective Boat earphones

I bought a BOAT company Earphones from Amazon, at first I received defective product since I had exchange facility time left so I requested exchange and I received the new same product but again the Earphones didn’t last for 1 month and now the replacement facility is lapsed. I requested for warranty to the BOAT company but no service is provided. I’ve requested 2 times to the company and no response. In fact their customers care no. Is also always busy and they don’t even reply to my mails. After trying everything I’m launching this complain seeking help.

It’s been a month now and the company is not responding. I don’t know who to contact as this company is complete fraud.

I’ve attached the bill of the same.
