I’m having issues with my Hathway broadband as I have requested address shifting three days ago and today I got a call stating that my address is not feasible for broadband connection, I have the same Hathway cable in our pg and they are refusing to refund the amount or give an alternative solution for my issue but there is no proper response from them I still have a validity of another 3 months as I have paid 3771 for 4 months and it is just one month I have used the connection. I want refund for the amount which I have not used or provide me an alternative solution if they can’t provide me the refund.
