I recently made a purchase on BIBA online.
I received this order 2 days ago. Upon opening found the Kurta defective. Its not usable.
This was an international delivery to USA. I have filed a complaint with them via email. They refuse to
accept that the item is defective even with pictures showing the defects with the sleeves. I have asked for full refund which they are refusing. This is just bad business . Quality of product is ownership of business else should refund the amounts.
