I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my order placed on 30th June 2025
I had clearly ordered Paneer Maggi, a vegetarian item, but was instead delivered Chicken Maggi, which is non-vegetarian. As a strict vegetarian, this is a highly distressing and unacceptable experience for me. It violates not only my dietary preferences but also my personal, ethical, and possibly religious beliefs.
This kind of mistake from a food delivery platform raises serious concerns about food handling, labeling, and customer care.
I am demanding the following:
A full refund for the order
A formal written apology
Appropriate compensation for the emotional and dietary violation
Confirmation of action taken to prevent such incidents in the future
