I had ordered a consignment from bang good .Com. The same was delivered in india by all joy courier and assigned for national delivery to delhivery courier for delivering it to mumbai way bill.
On checking it was found that the consignment was received at their mumbai hub on 9 october morning since then I have been following up with delivery personal on customer care for delivery the call were made on 10/11/12 october where every time it was assured that the consignment will be delivered in 24 hrs.its been more than 72 hours and delivery has not been made
This unprofessional service standard are not expected wherein from last 3 days I have been following up without any resolution and consignment is still not delivered.
