Complaint regarding false delivery assurance by Flipkart vendor

I waited for couple of months for Flipkart Big Billion Days sale and with much hope ordered Samsun Galaxy S21FE 5G phone(8GB|128GB variant on 22nd September 2022. Got an SMS confirmation on 23rd morning that my item is out for delivery and will be delivered by EOD on 23rd Sept, I waited all day in much anticipation but to my surprise phone was not delivered that day. I called Flipkart customer service to enquire about the same and they mentioned due to some unseen circumstances its delayed and will be delivered by 25th Sep’22. I was okay and waited for couple of days more, and again phone was not delivered on second promised day, called again and given a new delivery date of 28th Sep’2022. I got another SMS confirmation that phone is out for delivery and will be delivered by EOD 28th Sep. I called the delivery agent number multiple times but his phone was switched all day. I rang Flipkart customer service on 29th and they promise they are looking into it and get it resolved by 3rd Oct. On 30th September morning I see, there an SMS reading your order was cancelled after multiple delivery attempt, which is absolute lie and false information.
After week of waiting and agony they cancelled my order without giving any justification or reason and without my consent.
I request you to please look into this and direct Flipkart to deliver product on the same value I purchased or impose penalty on Flipkart to save people from such harassments in future.
