I booked a ticket on 20 Jul 2022 from Kolkata to Dibrugarh, the date of journey was 15 Aug 2022 in the site of www.travolook.in. The ticket automatically cancelled. At the same time the travolook.in called me and inform the ticket automatically cancelled and your amounting to Rs 5072.00 will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days. The amount not refunded till date. I have called the customer many time aprroximate 20 times, travolook.in replied within 72 hours will be refunded. Today i also called to travolook but the reply is same ” refund will be 7-10 days.
