Complaint regarding flight booking with Rawanda Airlines

On 25th November i had paid to Rawanda airlines for booking of my tickets to Cameroon for 8th December 2021.
I shared payment details with airline through email.
But after payment airline stopped responding.
I wrote 30+ mails for ticket. But they didn’t responded.
I had some important work there in Cameroon. But due to ignorance of airline i lost approx 3500 USD.
And on 08.12.21 airline is saying that they will book my ticket for  19th December 2021 and for this i will have to pay additional INR 42000/-
As you are aware of that AIRLINE charge dynamic fare. Their fare changes according to time. on 25th fare was low but now fare is high.
It was not my fault.

Why  i would pay more??
