Complaint regarding Ford service

I am sharing my worst experience with Vinayak Ford and Ford India. As per the pickup and drop facility I gave my car to Vinayak ford service center on 3rd July 2018, Their driver came to pickup my car from Sapna Sangeeta, The car was in very good condition even it runs 20,000 KM so far. Just after 1 -2 hour I got a call from service center that my car had an accident and now it’s damaged(attaching pictures here), They were asking me to claim the insurance. I refused this because it was not my fault at all, But they are keep forcing me to claim insurance and keep saying we provide pickup and drop facility on customer risk so according to them if they will destroy our car completely ?and ?Vinayak Ford or Ford India will not be responsible. Guys please be careful and don’t handover your precious car to any unknown person(driver who pickup the car) because that person even don’t how to drive and this company hire them because of low salary. When I try to call service center they keep saying we are communicating with higher authority and it may take may days so it clear means that they don’t want admit that it was their mistake. Please be careful from Vinayak Ford and their false promises.
