The company named DGS SOL has done fraud with me. I recieved a call from this company that if i fill 800 forms in 8 days i will get 20,000 and 3900 will be deducted from the first salary as the maintenence charges. I thought it to be a good opportunity to earn and they generated an agreement which was not signed by me and they asked for my aadhar card photos.
After the completion of 8 days on 26th march when i finished the work correctly after wasting my time and manpower, they informed me that my qc report has failed. But when i manually checked for my mistakes even the right forms were marked as wrong. And when i told them this they harrased me to pay 3900/- as failure charge and told that this is generated by the server. I paid them the amount. And they also made me resend the noc through mail. And after few hours they say that i have to pay 8510/- more as legal chrges over call otherwise i will have future problems. And i tried contacting the helpline number of the company and the person who gave me this job no one responded and his phone number is switched off since. And when i told them what legal charges and tell me the sections they cut my phone. Afterwards when i called them back to send it toit it to me in writing they sent a very informal message through a personal email id saying that i need to pay the amount by 4:45 pm and i recieved the mail at 5:01pm of the same day and when i told them this they said your server was not working we sent you the mil at 3 o clock. When i asked for the screenshot they cut my phone and was talking in a very rebuking language.
After consulting with an advocte i got to know that its a fraud company. They are threatening me over call and sms and emotionally blackmailing me saying that if i fail to pay the amount i will have future problems. And i question them they cut my calls sounding very irritated.
They have harrassed me a lot by calling from different numbers saying they are the advocate. And i recieved the mails for payment through the person named suman aggarwal saying she is the advocte.
Please sir resolve this. This company has done fraud with me and taken my 3900/- already and is now demanding for more. And this is affecting me physically and emotionlly.
