Complaint regarding furniture from Flipkart

Sir I purchased crystal furnitech king size bed from Flipkart which was delivered on 10th of December 2017 and installed on 14th December, at the time of installation we found that total 65 numbers of screw n 22 numbers of angle was missing because of this bed was not properly installed. Regarding this I complained to Flipkart. They promised to resolved the same by 2days. But it’s around 25days, issue still the same. More than 10 times I complained for the same every time they just gve the time of 2days or 48hr. But problem till now not solved.

I recved lots of time call from Hyderabad , gurgon n other different places n they said persons are going to your place n all 15days back 2-3times persons came n just seen n went but problem didn’t solved.

Person named Axxxxk from Patna who is responsible for solved these for Patna area he always called n ask for problem n promised to solve but till now no use. From last 5-6 days Abhishek didn’t respond n even not received our phone call also. Sir please help us n solve our problem. Sir am attaching my invoice for my product. Thanks n regards
