I have received a call of a job offer in airlines on behalf of Vistara airlines with name person Rxxxxxa for ground staff for salary offering 25k to 35k on date 21st Sep 2022. They asked resume and I send it on the above mail id, after checking the resume they asked for form fees of Rs 1950, which they said is 100% refundable if you are not selected and they send bank details.
I paid the amount for the same and filled form which I received in the mail. The next day(22nd Sep 2022) I receive Vxxxxxt, calling himself hr, he said the interview timing is 4:45 PM and you will receive the call for the same. I received the call from XYZ number mentioned above and the interview and I have interviewed same on given timing, the result will be declared on 12:00 ‘O clock next day.
On 23rd Sep 2022, I received the call for confirmation and mail regarding the same that you are selected and the mail has mentioned an amount of Rs 6200 which I have to pay for verification security amount(VSA), I didn’t pay the same and asked for a refund of the form fee amount, they said the amount will refund in 7 days in your account, but now I have tried calling them for same many times but they are not picking up the phone.
I have attached the screenshot of the payment and mail. So I want to complain about the same to get a refund.
