Complaint regarding Lenovo Vibe K5 mobile

I had purchase mobile of Lenovo vibe k5 plus with 16 GB memory on 09.01.2017.

1. After some period noticed that my mobile is working slow when check internal memory for basic apps it has taken 6GB.
2. Touch screen is not working smoothly. When dailing number very hesitating that 2 to 3 times keys to be pressed.
3. Mobile is overheating while talking.

Other company mobiles will take only 1 to 2 gb spares for basis apps.

I had tried with formatting mobile, formatting memory card, factor reset setting at last contacted service center, company person and banglore corporate office saying we cannot do anything.

Want to file a case against Lenovo for cheating on memory and warranty issue.
