Complaint regarding Lenovo z90 mobile service delay

I have purchased lenovo z90a40 mobile on nov 2016 after few months they are problem like heating issue, signal up down, battery back-up etc. service center person told me mother board issue. I have submit the mobile on care 12/4/17 1 months passes but part not available. I have no 4g mobile current we are facing many problem what kind of service lenovo service center.plz redund my money otherwise replace a new phones.
