Complaint regarding Livpure RO uninstallation, refund of security money

I had taken RO on rent from the Livpure company on October 10, 2022, and cancelled the subscription on August 12, 2023. But even after calling the customer care number several times and sending multiple emails to customercare[@]livpure.com and Care[@]livpuresmart.com dated August 14th, 16th, and 17th, 2023 No action has been taken by the company to uninstall the RO and refund my security deposit, which is Rs. 4000.
