Complaint regarding non-delivery by Shoe Kart website

I placed an order on Shoe Kart website for a pair of shoes on 27th July 2021 and paid Rs.799/- and haven’t received any confirmation of the order till date nor any delivery notification.

I went through many reviews and realized that it’s a fake site and cheating innocent buyers and looting them.

Request your good office to take immediate action and bar them from further looting innocent buyers.
