No refund or replacement provided for missing item by Myntra

I ordered BOAT Airdopes worth Rs 1299/- from Myntra for my sister at Noida. My sister received the package next day in Noida, however, there was nothing inside except for the box. I raised a complaint in Myntra but they closed my issue without providing any refund or replacement or product citing that the package went through a mandatory quality check. This is very unprofessional. I order from Myntra very frequently but no such thing happened before.
