Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Club Factory

I placed the below listed orders on Club Factory in the month of June 2020 and the payment was made online.
After the ban in India, some of these orders were ‘In processing’ stage or ‘Shipped’ stage.
After ban, some order status changed to ‘Cancelled’ and the reason mentioned for cancellation – Cancelled by the shipper.
In both cases, I did not get the Products delivered.
I waited for long to get my refund back, but in vain. I also wrote many emails to Club Factory, but did not receive any response.
I am waiting a total Refund Amount of INR 3878.
Details of the orders is mentioned below. Kindly assist me to get the refund from Club Factory.
