Complaint regarding non-receipt of ticket refund from PayTM

I applied for refund for my flight ticket and AirAsia has refunded the amount to the original payment method that is Paytm my Paytm order ID is 8xxxxxxxxx3. AirAsia has closed the case with case no 7xxxx6 on 29/09/2020 and said the money will be refunded to the original payment method in three working days. But till date after calling twice every week Paytm has not refunded my money. Please help me with this regard.
