Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Go Air

This is to do with Go air booking done via makemytrip, for 15/4/2020 from Srinagar to Mumbai. While going from Mumbai it was of Indigo on 9/4/2020, but Indigo do provided the refund back to me.

Inspite of Makemytrip calling them, I did called them they have the same reply. You can schedule any flight.

I told them, I am not keen in travelling only for leisure trip specifically in the days of Covid, as Covid has not gone.
