Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Myntra

Refund issues from myntra. Value: Dressbery watch amnt 804. I have not received my refund from myntra its been almost 10days now. Once i complained then the customer care said to wait 3days and after that i checked it again in my account but payment is still not done..i have complained saveral times to the myntra customer service and they told to check the bank n lastly they asked me my bank statements pdf and i hv send it and the replied with we are not currently accepting direct msg from customers…so what should i do now..will i get my amount back…

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
