Siti cable connection not activated despite recharge

I have siti cable STB connection I have paid 315.15/- Rs. recharged amount on 25/12/2020 thru quick recharge by kotak bank net banking but till now my STB show deactivated. I complained about this problem many times to the siti cable network but the problem was not solved. please sir take some action against siti cable. I have attached payment details also please find the attachment…I shall be thankful to you for this. my card no. 01333327360.

Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
