Complaint regarding order placed with zopnow

I made payment of my order online by scanning QR code through phone pe
Balance of Rs 8805.6/- is deducted but order not confirmed and the site shows payment is pending and after an hour I cancelled my order. i call on there customer support no one was there
I try to contact through mail but no response from there till yet. My order dated 19/04/2021
