Complaint regarding packages from Magicbricks

Compensation and refund requested for ineffective service regarding. value: 4399. Purchased bronze package for rs 800, silver package for rs 1500 during 2019 and titanium package for rs 2099 during 2022 from magic bricks. All the services from these packages were totally waste, very ineffective and very unsatisfied. I need full refund and compensation for the mental torture, time loss and money loss due to magic bricks.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
