Complaint regarding part time data entry job

I m looking for any part time home based data entry /captcha entry job. Then I find work in Quikr.com contact person vxxxxs sir mobile no 7xxxxxxx2 He was said to me for captcha entry working this site pay project fee or registration charges 9500 ? but I’m paid only 2500 ? then he will provide the ID no and password also work. Then i paid charges on phone pay no date 06.02.2020. so after 2 days then call on me and speaking to paid remaining amount otherwise to send you legal notice. Plz sir help me .
