Complaint regarding poor quality Cello water bottle

I had purchased a water bottle of Cello on 10th April’2021 from Big Bazar.  The product quality was not up-to the mark and also quality of the product is not as per commit mention on the box.
Since june onwards I tried to coordinate with customer executive but their response is really pathetic and along with same I informed to connect with me on telephonic conversation but I didn’t get any reply from their side.
So I request you kindly look into the matter as I have already submitted all the requirements in mail and the trial mail is already below their.

Kindly do the needful as earliest as possible
