I purchased mixer grinder from DMART Beerumguda, the model no HL7699/00,
From day 1 its troubling coming very heavy sound, due to carona gap I didn’t complain, last few days I complained to customer care, they told that we sent person, and your request closed message came to my mobile.
its a big MNC company, there is no response to customer,
Some person called from Philips and asked that you complained and what is the problem, I told that the mixer grinder I purchased coming very heavy and not running smoothly, its running hard, he simply replied, the model is like that only , it will come heavy, we cant do anything that,. In DMART they dint check anything, just they put stamp on warranty card . I went to DMART and asked but they replied we are not responsible for product. plaese help me sir
