Complaint regarding poor quality furniture

I had booked 3+1+1 sofa set (Atlas Model) from M/s Dezigner furniture & interiors date 03/09/2017 in an exhibition at Surya Palace, Vadodara, Gujarat. Company displayed a very good quality sofa and I was impressed and I paid Rs.15000 advance for booking. I received the sofa set on 16/10/2017 after 3 weeks delay and several followups. Tempo driver who came to deliver sofa asked to me to pay balance money (Rs.24500) before handing over the sofa. When I opened the sofa at home, I found the worst quality has been delivered to me which is not even worth Rs.10000. The finishing is not good and parts have come off. Card board type material is used inside. There is big difference between sofa kept in exhibition and one received by me.
I informed about this to Dezigner owne. The response is not good. He did not accept his mistake and instead argued with me and spoke rudely even after sharing photos on Whatsapp. I need my money back. Bill no. VF-011 dated 03/09/2017. I am enclosing bill copy of sofa.

It would be of great help if India consumer forum support me in recovering my money.

    Your complain are genuine for poor quality furniture. if you compromised with the price. manufacturer will give you low quality. This is only thing full budget and high quality. Nice
