Complaint regarding poor service from Hitachi

I have purchased my air conditioner (HITACHI) from NANAK ELECTRONICS dated on 24/06/2013 from Lucknow. There were several issues with my AC for which I have paid to the company but even though my problem has not been yet resolved. Now I am trying to contact them they are not even trying to contact me and their executives are giving fake reasons that I have cancelled heir call. The compressor of my AC is in warranty period and I have registered complaint of it too but they are not contacting me. Because of these several issues my others parts of my AC are getting damaged. Their executives are ruthless and are unable to fix out my problem and can’t even idenify what the problem is.I have registered my complaint with complaint no.17050604843. So I request you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.I have registered my complaint with HITACHI.
