Complaint regarding poor service from Videocon D2H

Myself having Videocon D2H connection, was not receiving signals from 05/07/18, when complaint was registered the customer care told that it will get attended in 8hrs,then 24hrs,again on 6/7/18 2 times complaint was registered with following details got sms on my registered mobile no.
Comp no 607021052—-till July 7th 2018 12:02pm
Como no 607021449—till July 7th 2018 03:03pm.
But time and day passed no service egg visited home.

Again on 7thJuly 14:36 hrs the service engg called me with his phone no 8xxxxxxxx1,to get all details of address and reaching within 2hrs, but not came, when I was calling he not picked my calls.

At 17:00hrs when I again registered complaint with videoconD2h customer care, the executive transferred the call to her senior named Rxxxxt Kxxxxxxxr and he promised to get problem resolved till 20:00hrs,but time again passed and again the customer care wanted to register new complaint which will be solved within48hrs.Its ridiculous to such services of videoconferencing d2h.
Please solve the issue asap.
