Wrong products delivered by Myntra

Fake products, cheating customers Value: Rs 5743. I have ordered an oakley sunglasses from myntra. They delivered me a fake product. I returned the item to the courier. Myntra responded by saying that its my mistake. They then reshipped me a jeans worth rs 1000 of a class 4th boy. What’s this. I have been calling them since last one month but they have not replied. Please see to this matter.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
