Complaint regarding refund due from Easemytrip

Easymy trip didn’t give my refund. I booked a flight ticket from easymy trip from banglore to Srinagar But mY payment was confirmed n PNR was pending after sometime I got a call from easymy trip they asked me that they will refund my money as the price has been hiked i asked them ok .. after that i didn’t receive my amount.. please help me

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
