Complaint regarding refund due from Happy Easy Go

Happy easy go nit refunding money for flight cancellations. Value: 8732. I have booked a ticket from kolkata to jabalpur but cancelled the ticked on 5th january 2022. I am calling their customer care and they are telling it will be done by the next. After numerous calls they are not processing the refund.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October.
