Complaint regarding refund due from Happy Fares travel agent

Flight cancelled by Airline (SMS attached) then spoke to help line they confirmed full refund, still no money received. Also, compensation form air line for flight cancellation result of that I had to buy higher price ticket, as I have been informed on 1 week prior with No other option to reach on same date.

Ticket booking date: 08th January 2023. Flight date: 12th Feb 2023 (Durgapur to Dubai connecting Bengaluru), Company: INDIGO, Booking agent: HAPPY FARES
TOTAL BILL: 17320 / TOTAL REFUND: 11070 / DISPUTE AMOUNT: 6250

    happyfares,,Similar incident happened with me, cancelled tickets and bought new for another date, now they are not responding nor returning money. tried calling them many time, Puts calls on hold and disconnects it.
