Complaint regarding refund due from Netmeds

A ticket was raised by Netmeds against my request to cancel my order and request a refund. Despite several emails and showing them proof that the shipment has been RTO (return to origin) against my cancellation, the refund is yet to be initiated. Their only response has been that ‘the matter has been escalated’. I am pursuing this on a matter of principle and not the value of the order. Netmed Ticket No:6451634031

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
