Complaint regarding refund from AJIO for returned products

I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 02 September 2020 . Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn’t got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id COM00028563274 . Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. What the hell? I havn’t got the money back in my bank account.
I am mailing them from last 3 months continuously.

    on 26-11-2023 order id FNxxxx42 i have placed order on ajio of amount rs 59375.4/- many of orders cancelled and i have received the refund partially still pending 48000/- refund is pending i have called the ajio custamer care many times they said that wait for 2 days every time but my issue is not reolved please help me with this issue
