As the flights were canceled by the Airline itself due to COVID-19 and Lockdown, I emailed & called Happyeasygo about canceling & refund the ticket price and cancel the ticket booked from Happyeasygo and raise the refund request with proper data as the guided me.
After having conversation over email as well as phone call, it’s been over 120days sice I submitted the refund request but didn’t get my refund back all they said, “This is not the service we strive to offer however we deeply regret the issue. We have taken cognizance of this matter and will ensure that such incident does not occur again. We understand your concern and working continuously on the same. Request you to kindly wait for 5-7 working days for the update.
