Complaint regarding refund from sharp info services

I have worked for company called sharp info services. They first said no registration fee before but if you dint complete work within time you have to pay 4200rs. They gave me 800 sentences to complete in y days . I worked ver hard. But they said that I didn’t reach accuracy and so asked me to pay the money otherwise they are going to take complaint against me. I was scared and I have paid. Also they said they will give second project soon. But now they are not responding to my messages and calls.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
